Shadayeva Madina Tynyshbekovna, 16.12.1976. Kazakh. Graduated with honors from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1998 with a degree in "0221-Oriental philology" with the qualification of "Orientalist, teacher of Japanese language and literature, referent translator". In 1996-1997 she completed a language internship under a grant from the Ministry of Education and Science of Japan at the Pedagogical University of Nara. In 1998 she was accepted as a teacher at the Department of the Far East of the Faculty of Oriental Studies. Since 2001 she has been a senior lecturer. In 2002-2003 under a grant from the Japan Foundation, she studied at the master's program of the Japanese University GRIPS (National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies) as part of the program "Training of leading specialists in teaching Japanese abroad" and graduated with honors in the specialty "Japanese language and culture". From 2003 to 2006, she worked as the head of the Department of Japanese Philology at Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2016 under a grant from the Japanese Foundation, she completed a two-month course for Japanese language teachers "Sakura Network Training Program for Teachers of the Japanese Language (pre-Advanced)" at the International Japanese Language Center (Urawa city). In the 2016-2017 academic year she held the position of head of the Department of Japanese Studies of the Department of the Far East.
